Well I did it. I have seen a meatloaf. Actually I cooked one. I looked on the net for a recipe, um yeah there are like a million recipes for meatloaf. I really didn't know how to decide which one to make, so I did eenie meenie. It was kinda of yucky making it, even though I eat meat, I thought about becoming a vegetarian. But I made it through.
The recipe gave me the measurements of the pan, but being blonde I wasn't sure if I had the right size, so I called Andy, gave him the measurements and yes we have one that big, dumbass. Very dumb Jennifer, I know. Fail math a lot?
Anyway, I had eaten at about five o'clock, as I knew Andy was working late, and just in case it didn't work I wouldn't be hungry. So I totally surprised him with meatloaf and mashed potatoes. He absolutely loved it! I was so excited it turned out, that I even tried it. Yup, sure did like it!
I had leftovers the next day. It's funny trying new things, I should do it more often. Hey,who are we kidding, this is me.

Good job Jen! I made microwave popcorn for supper. But then I had an apple, so that made it healthy.
